How to get started

If you are new to Teladoc, you’ll need to set up an account by calling 1-800-TELADOC, downloading the mobile app or by visiting Teladoc.com. If registering online, you’ll need to log in and complete the information in the “My Medical History” tab.

Once you’ve registered, you can call or go online anytime to request a Teladoc consult. The average doctor call-back time is 15 minutes.
