Enrolling in the Health Partners Medicare plan that suits your unique needs couldn’t be easier. Our team makes it simple to join in the way that’s most comfortable for you and helps you get the most out of your coverage. Learn more about each enrollment option below.
If you are newly eligible for Medicare, you need to enroll during your Initial Coverage Enrollment Period. If you already have Medicare coverage and would like to make a change, you must do so during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15 to December 7. Enroll Online
You can join one of our plans through our secure online enrollment site.
Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Health Partners Medicare through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center at www.medicare.gov.
